Here's a list of common questions that may arise in your mind while placing an order:

GENERAL QUERIES

  1. Do you ship overseas? If yes, how long does it take for delivery?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Currently, International orders are taken on WhatsApp only.

 Delivery Timelines:

 -> Normal Indian Post: 25 to 30 Days

 -> Speed Post: 15 to 20 Days

 -> DHL: 7 to 10 days

  1. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) applicable?

As we deal in personalized orders, we do not take COD orders. Prepaid orders have been the key highlight of our business model. 

 But the pandemic times made online payments a hit. People started preferring them to avoid hassles and receive contactless delivery faster at your doorstep has been a choice of one and all.

  1. What if you want to change the photo or text or the delivery address for an existing order?

Modifications, if any, should be intimated within 24 hours of placing the order. You can share the edits on WhatsApp or drop us an email at workmoonlamp@gmail.com.

However, no corrections are possible if the order is already in the design/print/processed phase.

  1. What shipping carriers are you using for delivery?

We trust and are associated with all major carriers and also local courier partners. However, for International deliveries, we are currently partnered with DHL only.

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

We have two delivery modes. The standard delivery mode generally ships the product in 3 to 4 working days & delivery takes around 3 -6 working days. Overall the product gets delivered in 7-9 days.

 The Fast Or Express delivery mode ships in 2-3 working days and delivers in 3-5working days. Overall the product gets delivered in 5-7 working days.

  1. What is the return policy?

Moonlamp.In provides a replacement for your product in case the product delivered is defective or damaged.

 

  1. How to track your order or find the status of the order?

All you will need to do is share the order id/ Email/ phone linked to your order & we would get back to you with the details.

Once the order is shipped, you will be able to track the same.

 

  1. Is there a warranty on your products?

For warranty on products, you can email us the issue along with your order ID, name, and phone number to support@moonlamp.in, and our team shall get back to you with a resolution.

  1. What to do if you received a defective/damaged product?

We and delivery partners try our best to make your shopping experience pleasurable. However, if such a case arises that you receive a defective/damaged product, please intimate our team via WhatsApp or email & they shall reach out to you.

  1. What if I need to cancel?

Moonlamp.In allows you to change your mind on your order/ cancellation within 90 minutes of placing the order.

  1. How to use the Moon Lamp

How to make changes in Colour with the help of simple settings?

- By simply touching the metal button of the lamp bottom, the colors can switch from cool white to warm yellow.

- For changing colors, all you need to do is touchpoint the button at the bottom.

- You can easily change the brightness by hold touch.

- Some moon lamps will have remote controls

- Tap on the lamp to change color

  1. What are some important instructions for charging the moon lamp?

- The lamp can turn ON/OFF by touching the metal button at the bottom.

- The light can be brightened or darkened by long press touch of the button at the lamp bottom.

- Plug the USB port of the power cord into a USB charging port, and plug the other end into a mini charging port at the moon lamp bottom.

- After charging for about 1-2 hours, the lamp is fully charged and can operate for 4 - 5 hours.

- When the charging starts, the charging light will turn on.

- Say bye to batteries! Our upgraded 3D moon lamp is wireless and runs on fast charging technology.

- The lamp is fully charged when the red light indicating the battery charging gets off.

  1. How safe is the Moonlamp for the use of kids and adults?

- The Moon Lamp comes with a wooden stand so that it’s not wobbly.

- The moon lamp can be safely touched and held when it is on as it doesn’t emit any heat.

- It’s very safe for children & they are completely in awe of it.

- The moon lamp is 100% safe and has been RoHS and CE certified and approved. It is designed from Safe and environmentally friendly: PLA material extracted from corn stalks making the lamp hard and smooth, non-toxic, and odorless.
